This Week in Greater Tucson (TWGT) will arrive in your inbox on most Monday mornings providing a quick overview of what is happening in the LWVGT in the coming week, the links for more information, and the links to the virtual meetings. It will also provide information on events that may be of interest happening within the State of AZ and LWVUS.

The League of Women Voters uses its positions to determine if it can support or reject ballot issues. This takes careful work by LWV members. This year there will be many issues on the Arizona November ballot and many eyes are needed to do the League work. Training will be provided. Can you help?

Feel good by sorting through and cleaning out your home, so that others can have household items to help create a home of their own. Examples of items might include dishes, books, luggage, small appliances, and cooking utensils. (Clothing will not be accepted.) The event will be held at the office and any member can take home items.
The Membership and Youth Committees are aiming to recruit college students to participate and become members for only $10.
