| | Our League Heroes
What makes a LWVGT Hero? Someone who goes above and beyond all the time for our League. Because their work is often behind the scenes, we don’t always know what our League Heroes do. TWGT will feature one of these outstanding individuals to give you a snapshot of their important contributions. This month, we are proud to recognize a Committee made up of MANY heroes.

LWV takes stands on national, state, and local issues based upon the positions in their toolbox. Positions are adopted after thoughtful study by the membership at the National Convention, State Convention, and Local Annual Meeting. Each year the members of LWVGT have the opportunity to review and submit suggestions regarding the LWVGT local positions prior to readopting these positions at the Annual Meeting.
Participating in this survey is the first step.
