| | TWGT Call for Awards Nominations
We need your help to identify members who have made significant contributions to the League!
The LWVGT Award Committee is seeking nominations for Leaguer of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award to honor at our 2026 Annual Meeting on Saturday April 25th. Recipients of these awards are chosen by consensus of the committee based on your nominations.
- The Leaguer of the Year award is given annually to a League member who, during the year, stood out among LWVGT volunteers for outstanding meaningful contribution to the work of the League.
- The Lifetime Achievement Award is a very prestigious award that is not given on a yearly basis. We are looking for nominations of members with significant tenure, and have made substantial ongoing contributions to the work and mission of the League of Women Voters throughout their membership.
If you know of anyone fitting these descriptions, please email their name and why you chose them to awards@lwvtucson.com by Friday February 13th
